It’s ideal to schedule the session right after your baby’s feeding and preferably following their nap time. This helps your little one feel comfortable, active, and happy throughout the session.
Duration: 1 hour, depending on the baby’s pace.
Final delivery: Up to 15 business days for digital products; up to 25 business days if printed products are included.
Suggested clothing for parents: Neutral tones (white, pastel, or black); avoid logos or stripes.

In our sessions, all images receive basic editing that ensures their quality and professional appearance. However, if any image requires montage, the use of artificial intelligence, or the application of fine art effects, this is considered an additional service. These techniques require specific and detailed work to achieve the desired result. Therefore, an additional charge of $100 per image will be applied to cover the extra resources and ensure the highest quality in the final work.

It is important to note that May Martínez Photography does not deliver unedited images.
Unedited photos are shared only with a watermark for selection purposes.
Once the client has made their selection, the chosen images will be edited and delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, according to the selected package.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
An invoice will be sent to the client, which must be paid in full before the photo session.
A la carte products are paid for on the day of image selection.
Accepted Payment Methods Zelle, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Apple Pay, Cash App, Direct bank deposit . Note: A 2.99% processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Cash App, to cover transaction processing costs.
Payments made through Zelle or direct bank deposit do not incur additional fees.

All images are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of May Martínez Photography.
Clients receive personal usage rights to print and share their photos.
Any commercial use requires prior written authorization.
Unless otherwise stated in writing before the session, you grant May Martínez Photography permission to use selected images from your session for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, and printed materials.
If you prefer your images (or your child’s images) to remain private, please send an email before the session indicating your request. Your privacy will always be respected.
By proceeding with payment or scheduling the session, you acknowledge and agree to all these terms and conditions.
